Mr. Vaibhav Salunkhe
Mr. Vaibhav Salunkhe is a versatile mobility expert with 24+ years of automotive NPD experience covering design, integration, virtual analysis, prototyping and testing. He is a consistent high achiever with strong technical knowhow and command on team and business management skills. Worked with Diverse, Multi-Continental teams from Austria, Germany, France, Italy, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Japan and North America in Product Development on Various New and Upgrade Vehicle Programs. Managed Multiple Key Projects Simultaneously for a mix of customer base of start-ups and well established OEMs achieving QCD targets. Contributed as a key member of CFT for many “company first” products and initiatives. Worked on vast variety of vehicles, few were intended for very cost sensitive markets, few for extreme comfort and many for optimum mix of cost and comfort.
Jointly led a team to design and develop a “world first” specialty vehicle. In first year of launch the OEM bagged order of USD 155 million from export business. Collaborated, Developed and Maintained Strong Relationships with Key Stakeholders including Customer, Design, Purchasing and Suppliers, to Ensure on time delivery starting from quotation to entire life cycle of NPD.
